Welcome
I am grateful that you’re here. You are beginning a transformational journey—from stress to calm, anxiety to ease, uneasiness to peace. Most importantly, you’re embarking on the journey to become a source of light and healing—not just for yourself, but for the world around you.
My Journey
I understand how it feels to be lost in pain, because I’ve been there. Fifteen years ago, I was living with depression, bipolar disorder, and explosive anger. Each morning, when I woke up, I didn’t know how or even if I could go on.
But everything changed when I discovered yoga and mindfulness. Now each morning, I cannot wait till the day starts! Yoga and mindfulness practices helped me survive and to be alive. My life is filled with calm, joy, spiritual abundance, and a deep desire to serve others on their path.
What I Offer
As a mindfulness coach, I offer a compassionate heart, a listening ear, and cumulative tools to support your growth. Through the transformational conversations, practices of yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork, I will guide you back to your natural state of peace and balance. We are born to be blissful beings, it is the life conditioning that framed us to be what we are at now. Mindfulness coaching brings you back to your true self.
We’ll work with the 8-limbed path of yoga as our foundation. Once a week for 2 weeks, we’ll focus on a specific theme. You’ll learn where to place your mind and body to support that focus, with deep and reflective conversations, specifically designed breathwork and other mindfulness practices. Over the course of half a year, this journey will lead you to a renewed, refreshed, and happy version of yourself.
My Roots
Originally from China, I weave Asian wisdom throughout my coaching. Ancient practices and Taoist philosophy offer powerful tools to calm the mind, relax the body, and open the heart. I have been teaching Yoga and Mindfulness for The Benjamin School for over a decade.
In addition to working with individuals and groups, I also present at conferences on mindfulness in schools, sharing practices that help educators and students cultivate balance, focus, and emotional well-being.
